Nizza Monferrato: breaking ground, and international art collaboration

Located in the heart of Nizza Monferrato, a new mixed-use regeneration project is born within the UNESCO-listed site of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato. Its mission is to celebrate Nizza Barbera wine through inspiring and educational experiences, supporting the local community while bringing renewed vitality to the town.

Housed in a former winery and an adjacent building, the project will feature production cellars, tasting rooms, immersive educational spaces, a wine library, event venues, a bistrot, a fine-dining restaurant, and guest rooms. Blending ancestral craftsmanship with new technologies, it will offer a holistic experience grounded in a deeply sustainable approach.

On the tall party wall that forms the backdrop to the old cellar, a site-specific art work will complete the project, extending its presence and continuous engagement to the scale of the entire city.

Construction has begun and will continue throughout the year.
